✉︎ nyannyanvoca@icloud.comNo. You can start right away without an account. Signing in is optional and exists so your progress can be backed up and restored on a new device. iOS offers Sign in with Apple or Google; Android offers Google. An account is created on our authentication server (Firebase Authentication).
On your device by default. If you are signed in, a copy of your progress is backed up automatically to our server (Firebase Firestore) right after you finish a lesson and when the app goes to the background; you can also upload or restore manually in MY → Account / Backup. Only your own account can read or write that backup. If you never sign in, your learning data never leaves the device.
Lessons, reviews, and word lists are free every day; some content and practice modes are premium. Free users who run out of lesson energy can choose to watch a rewarded ad to refill it. Premium is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, and shows no ads. Payments and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android); the app never collects payment details.
A Google AdMob rewarded ad plays only when a free user taps the “cheer” button. The app requests non-personalized ads only and does not show the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt. While an ad plays, Google may process the advertising identifier, IP address, and device information under its own policy.
Cancel in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, or in Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. On a new device, tap “Restore Purchases” on the premium screen.
No. All notifications are local (scheduled on your device) and only work if you turn them on. You can turn them off anytime in MY → Notifications.
To score your pronunciation in speaking practice. The app calls the speech recognition built into your device (provided by Apple or Google); it does not store recordings or send audio to the developer's servers. If you decline the permission, only the speaking step is skipped.
Go to MY → Delete Account. Your learning data on the device, your server backup, and your sign-in account are deleted immediately and cannot be recovered. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it separately. See Account & data deletion for details.

Speaking practice uses the device's built-in speech recognition; the app does not store recordings or send audio to the developer's servers.

Payment details (cards, etc.) are handled solely by the stores; the app never collects them.
We do not sell or share stored information with third parties. Data needed to serve ads is processed by Google within the scope described in section 2, under Google's own policy.
Account data lives in Firebase Authentication and learning backups in Firebase Firestore; only requests authenticated as your own account can read or write them. Data is kept for as long as your account exists and is deleted together with the account. Data of users who never sign in stays on the device and is removed when the app is uninstalled.
Only local notifications (scheduled on-device) are used; no remote push (APNs · FCM). All reminders work only if you enable them.
Delete instantly in the app via MY → Delete Account. This removes on-device data, the server backup, and the sign-in account; for Sign in with Apple, the token issued by Apple is revoked as well. Uninstalling the app deletes local data, but server data may remain — use in-app account deletion for complete removal. You can also request deletion by email; we process requests within 7 business days. Subscriptions must be cancelled separately. See Account & data deletion.
The app is rated for all ages and does not verify age. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information without parental consent, we delete it promptly.
This policy may be updated. When changes occur, we'll post a notice in the app and on this page.
