Mochinyan — Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your account and data for Mochinyan Japanese – JLPT Words & Kanji (Android · com.pawblesse.mochinyan, iOS · Mochinyan). The developer is NyanNyanVoca (devplaynew).

Option 1 — Delete in the app (recommended)

If you can still open the app, this is the fastest way and takes effect immediately.

Open the Mochinyan app.
Tap the MY tab at the bottom.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Reset data (iOS) or Delete account (Android).
Confirm by tapping Reset or Delete.

Everything listed under “Data that is deleted” is removed immediately. This cannot be undone.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you already uninstalled the app, email us. On Android, including the Google account address you signed up with helps us verify your request faster. On iOS there is no account and the developer cannot access your iCloud data; you can delete the Mochinyan data yourself in Settings → Apple Account → iCloud → Manage Storage.

Data that is retained

Resetting data or deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.
On Android, cancel in Google Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. On iOS, cancel in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not stop billing.
